Но как брать от жизни всё минимум до 80 лет, а с новыми технологиями — и дальше? Вот небольшой пример. Я хочу пить пиво. Безалкогольное пиво сейчас делают достаточно хорошо: фильтруют от спирта, что немного снижает аромат, но вкус не страдает. Да, на мой взгляд оно вкусное. Берём безалкогольное. Не понравится — долить спирта не проблема. Да хоть изопропанола или ацетона.
Если вы, пользуетесь глюкометром чтобы проверять еду, то увидите, что некоторое пиво неприлично повышает сахар в крови.
Такое пиво пойдёт только сразу после спорта. Или до. Естественный инсулин моментально нейтрализует сахар, чем интенсивнее нагрузка — тем лучше (я проверял!).
А чтобы просто пить пиво — вот вам картинка!
Во многие сорта добавляют сахар, глюкозный сироп и т.п. Кроме того, сахар может быть естественным. Привычка такое пить закончит вашу жизнь раньше времени.
Всё, что выше 4.5 гр углеводов — пить совсем уж неприлично!
Лидер — пиво с рогатым зайцем Wolpertinger. Всего 2.4 грамма углеводов. Оно же самое несладкое (и жесткое), будьте к этому готовы.

- Wolpertinger 2.4 (рогатый заяц) — вкус довольно жёсткий. Хорошо идёт только с едой и понемногу.
- IPA с волком 4.0 безалкогольное — вкусное, лёгкое, немного водянистое. Найти в продаже тяжело.
- Buduvar 3.0 — вкусное, но с характерным «привкусом зелёной бутылки», он же «запах скунса». Увы, стекло этой бутылки зелёное!
- Heineken 4.0 — хороший стандарт, т.к. продаётся везде и часто со скидками.

Я в Казахстане очень вкусный сидр нашёл. Шампанское рядом не стояло. Если есть яблоки — виноград больше не нужен!
